About Us
Rate
$25 - $35 per Hour
Personal Care & Companion
$85.00 per visit
Hourly (4 hour Minimum)
25% of the cost of services for the first client (must be at same location)
2 Hour Visit
$1.25 per mile from caretakers start location to final destination.
Couples Care
List of Federal Holidays available at request.
Transportation/Escort
50.00 for caretaker / groceries and prescriptions paid for by client / receipts will be provided.
Holidays
Will be discussed and priced per house per needs.
Grocery / Prescription Pickup
Depending on Service Rate $25 - $35 per hour

Description
Caregivers are available to assist clients with IADL’s (Instrumental activities of daily living) and ADL’S (activities of daily living) on an hourly basis.
Caregivers are available to visit individual clients for a maximum of 2 hours for clients who do not require services for the full 4 hour minimum.
Caregivers are available to care for couples at a significantly reduced rate. A separate care plan is developed, and services are provided to two clients.
Caregivers will transport and/or accompany an individual to any appointment. Caregivers will safely assist, take notes and report back important details of an appointment as needed.
Any Caretaker that works on a Federal Holiday will receive time and a half.
Caretakers will be providing grocery and pharmacy pickups for clients weekly.
Additional services are available for caretakers with medication prep, meal prep, and so on.
Any requests of cancellation of services will result in a 2 hour inconvenience fee.
